Qualifications:
1. Educational background: college degree or above in English or International Trade majors;  CET-6 or TEM-4 or above;
2. Work experience: more than 5 years of relevant foreign trade sales experience, including more than 2 years of manager/supervisor experience;
3. Ability requirements: excellent negotiation skills, good leadership, judgment and decision-making skills, planning and execution skills;
4. Skill requirements: proficiency in international trade business knowledge, solid English listening, speaking and writing skills, proficient in sales skills;

Job Requirements:
1. To formulate quarterly and monthly sales targets of the department according to the company's annual sales targets, to formulate work plans and organize implementation;
2. To organize the development of foreign markets, implement the company's sales policy, and achieve the department's sales target;
3. Responsible for customer management, maintain important customers, and maintain good relationship with customers;
4. Responsible for reviewing quotations, participating in contract negotiation and signing, etc.;
5. Leading department personnel to collect payment in time and assist the financial department to complete settlement work;
6. Regularly provide the sales director with information about sales, expense control, accounts receivable and other information reflecting the company's sales status;
7. Participate in product marketing and trade fair activities, organize product sales;
8. Responsible for the internal organization and management of the department, team training, team building and management;

Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years marketing experience in cosmetics industry;
2. CET-4 or above, able to communicate with foreign customers by telephone or in writing;
3. Have rich insights and management on brand channel maintenance;
4. Excellent marketing ability, strong marketing planning and operation ability;
5. Able to lead a team to carry out efficient market development;
6. Have keen insight into the market and excellent ability of forecasting and decision-making; Rich experience in marketing planning;
7. Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive power.

Job Requirements:
1. Assist decision-makers in formulating company development strategy, responsible for short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies in its functional areas, and have an important impact on the achievement of the company's medium and long-term goals;
2. Responsible for planning the company's annual marketing goals and marketing plans;

6. Manage the marketing team, enhance team cohesion, and maintain marketing team relationship.
